My parents bought this table in the early 1960’s. There is no coin operation. I moved it to my home when they sold their house and it took six men to move the slate. I put new felt on it (it was originally green) and now I need to replace a lost dot but otherwise it’s in amazing shape. I can’t figure out the model, any ideas?

Steve, this nice model is called Nassau. There was this version also without metal frame on the compartment for the balls and was therefore the cheaper variant. This was then called “Ambassador”. These models were made for private use and are hard to find today. You do not have a registration number. By the way, the 8 foot versions have slightly thicker slate plates.

    Regards, Valero
