I called Penguin Amusement, gave them all the measurements and they made me a set of custom rails and bumpers to fit my table perfectly. The reason you have to custom order the rails is because there was no set bolt pattern for the IK pool tables. The spacing is different table to table and rail to rail. Make sure you get a new set of T-nuts while you at it. They threw them in for free when I asked. They are very knowledgeable and are more than capable of helping you.
Again, I’m not sure on the coin mech. I think you would just have to do a lot of hunting with a little luck and hope to find one. Either that or once you get a cover just find one to fit the space. I would think that if you had a cover and knew the measurements of available space then it would greatly improve your odds of finding one. It may not be functional but it would look appropriate. Good luck.

As far as the cover and coin op I haven’t been able to find any replacement other than the cover listed on here in the parts section. It is not for a silver shadow but it will fit to cover the entire area. Meaning it will cover over where that side cover and coin op goes. I had the coin op and cover for mine so I didn’t look to much. For the bumpers it depends on what you intend on doing. I put k55 on mine because I don’t shoot with the over-sized cue ball that they were designed for. It has a tendency to respond differently off the rail than the rest of the balls. If you are going to use a standard cue ball then go with k55. If you are planning on using the over-sized cue ball then the closest thing to the original would be the k66. Even those aren’t exactly right though. The originals had an odd flat nose profile to try and make up for the over-sized cue ball. Hope this helps. When your redoing your bumpers make sure you check the t-nuts in your rails. Mine were loose so I had to replace the entire rail and bumper. Good luck.

I would be happy to help give you any information that I can. The only pictures that I have are of everything completed but I will email them to you if you wanna post your email. I cant seem to figure out how to post them on here. I can probably solve any issues you may be having as I just went through a lot myself.
