Here is what I did to replace the green fasteners. Use a strong magnet attached with 3m double sided tape to a nickel. They are easy to put in and remove.

I was able to find one in a antique amusement shop with the help of the owner… Table is almost back together.

Any chance you still have any of Apollo table parts available? I am looking for the ball dump trap tray and a original lock cylinder.
